With over 30 years of experience, Hj Ahmad Fazil is among the Malay pioneers in Malaysia’s construction industry. He was the first Malay individual to travel abroad and share construction knowledge across the Gulf Countries — UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai.
He engaged with MATRADEDubai to facilitate Malaysia-Dubai cooperation and signed a contract agreement with a Dubai-based company for dormitory refurbishment — a milestone that earned national newspaper coverage.

The second generation of Great Bina. Ahmad Faizal was appointed Special Bureau for Middle East Investment under the Middle East Business Council in 2014. He has executed government building development projects across Selangor and Kedah.
In 2019, he founded Faizal Great Bina Sdn Bhd and is recognised as a construction expert — featured on TV3 Berita for his insights on the industry.
